Install Zone Get it done

What we can do

Everything we build, and every way to buy it.

Three services and a growing list of zones. Pick the kind of work you need, then how much of it you want us to handle.

Our zones

Whatever the job, there’s a zone for it.

Different work needs different hands and different tools. Whichever zone your job falls into, the standards are the same — fixed price, anchored properly, cleaned up before we leave.

Kitchen & Laundry Zone

Flat-pack cabinetry from carcass through to handles — wall and base units, panels, plinths, cornices, drawer fronts and soft-close adjustment. Coordinated around your plumber and electrician rather than blocking them.

Wardrobe Systems Zone

Walk-ins, hinged doors, corner units, internal drawers, shelving, rails and shoe racks. Frames shimmed level on floors that never are, and everything tall anchored to the wall.

Flatpack Zone

Beds and bunks, desks, tallboys, dining settings, bookcases, outdoor lounges, barbecues, gazebos, trampolines and home gym racks. Whoever you bought it from.

Commercial Fitout Zone

Offices, workstation runs, storage walls, reception counters, retail display bays, shop fitouts and builder programs. Usually after hours so nobody loses a working day.

Not on the list?

Whatever you need doing, that's a zone too — and Install Zone is here to get it done.

These are the zones we work in most, not the limit of what we do. If it needs assembling, mounting, taking apart or putting back together, tell us what you've got. We add zones as the work turns up.

Our service plans

Three services. Pick the one you need.

They're not stages of one job — they're three different things you can buy. Some people want help deciding what to order, some already have the boxes, some want to hand the lot over.

Wardrobes and storage

Walk-in systems, sliding and hinged doors, mirrored fronts, corner units, internal drawers, shelving and shoe racks. Perth slabs are rarely level, so frames get shimmed true — that is the difference between sliding doors that run properly and ones that drift open a year later. Everything tall is anchored to the wall.

From $280

Kitchens and laundries

Flat-pack cabinetry from carcass through to handles — wall and base units, panels, plinths, cornices, drawer fronts and soft-close adjustment. We coordinate around your plumber and electrician instead of blocking them, and we will tell you plainly what needs a licensed trade rather than us.

Quoted per kitchen

TV and wall mounting

Brackets up to 85 inch, tilt and full-motion arms, media walls, floating benches and shelving. Fixed into stud, brick or render with the right anchors, and cable management that does not look like an afterthought.

From $180

Home furniture

Beds and bunks, desks, tallboys, chests of drawers, dining settings, bookcases, outdoor lounges and tables, barbecues, gazebos, trampolines, play equipment and home gym racks. Anti-tip restraints fitted as standard on anything that needs them.

From $140 · one hour minimum

Sliding doors

Wardrobe sliders, mirrored panels and room dividers. The whole job lives or dies on the rail being level — if it isn't, the doors roll open by themselves and no amount of adjusting the wheels afterwards will fix it. We shim the frame true before a single door goes on.

From $390

Imported furniture

Bought online or shipped in from overseas, and the instructions are two diagrams and a phone number that doesn't answer. Non-standard fixings, no part numbers, sometimes nothing written in English. We work it out from the pieces — and we'll tell you honestly if something is missing before we start rather than halfway through.

Office and commercial

Sit-stand desks, workstation runs, storage walls, meeting tables, reception counters, lockers, retail display bays and shop fitouts. Usually done after hours or across a weekend so nobody loses a working day. Site inductions and safety paperwork handled.

Quoted per site · trade terms

Moving house

Furniture that will not fit through a door has to come apart. We disassemble at one end, label and bag the fixings, and rebuild at the other — which is a great deal cheaper than replacing a wardrobe that got wrecked in a truck.

Quoted per move

Fixing someone else's work

Doors out of alignment, drawers that stick, shelves left in the box, nothing anchored to the wall. We assess it, tell you honestly what can be saved, and fix what can be fixed.

Retailers, builders and property managers

Cabinetry across new builds, laundry runs, display bays, turnover work between tenancies, and overflow when your own team is stretched. Send us the week's list and we schedule it. Account terms available.

30-day accounts

What we don't do.

  • Plumbing and electrical connections — that needs a licensed trade, and we will say so
  • Benchtop cutting and stone work
  • Structural changes, wall removal or making good
  • Anything we do not think will end well — we would rather decline than do it badly

Not sure if we do it?

Send a photo. If it needs assembling or mounting, the answer is almost always yes.
